Such symptoms lead to serious ailments that can be quite hard to treat if it gets late to diagnose them. Our body is very sensitive which can easily get harmed due to many external and internal factors. Some people may avoid going to the doctor even after being aware of every sign and symptom. But in the long run, it is not such a great idea for you to ignore any such symptoms because they may look small today but can be quite harmful to your health if left undiagnosed. 

 

You must inform the doctor about your symptoms and early signs to prevent them from turning into severe illnesses. In this article, we will go through 10 symptoms that you should never ignore in your life. If you face any of them, consult with a doctor immediately. Let’s begin! 

 

Chest Pain or discomfort in the upper body

Chest pain symptoms come on slowly and people may feel it as uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, or pain in the center of the chest that lasts a few minutes. Such symptoms go away and come back again. Unexplained weight loss can be a warning of depression, stress, cancer, digestive disorder, and side effects of some medications. If you feel such symptoms, consult with your doctor immediately. 

 

Pain in your abdomen that persists or recurs

If you feel symptoms suddenly generally in one leg, accompanied by chest pain, and difficulty breathing. There may be signs of a blood clot or a heart condition. Common causes include arthritis, kidney problems, heart failure, poor circulation, or pregnancy.  

 

You are excessively sweating

Sudden excessive sweating can lead to a serious underlying condition that you should not ignore. You can get excessive sweating in a stressful office meeting and during a workout. The genetic disorder can also be a cause that makes your hand, underarms, and feet full of excessive sweating. Hyperhidrosis disorder is a condition that results in excessive sweating. This sweating can occur in unusual situations such as cool weather. It is also caused by other medical conditions such as menopause.

 

You see little red or white dots under your fingernails

The small red dots under your fingernails are called splinter haemorrhages. Such haemorrhages occur due to nail trauma.  Sometimes, your fingers get closed in a door or you just lift up something heavy that causes a red or white streak. But sometimes, there are hidden ailments that you are not aware of. You may have systemic lupus erythematosus that is an autoimmune disease that causes blood clotting, erratic circulation, and joint pain in your fingers. 

 

You are really tired all the time

If you get adequate 8 hours of sleep last night but you still feel that you need more sleep then you should change your lifestyle. You may need healthy food and physical exercises. If you feel you are healthy enough still you should not ignore it. You may have some serious medical conditions such as vitamin deficiency, anemia, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, heart disorder, cancer, liver disease, and so on. You must talk to your doctor immediately.
