Ingredients
  • Buckwheat (kuttu) Flour -3 tsp
  • Flaxseeds Powdered – 1 tsp
  • Carrot/ Radish / Bottle Gourd / Peas – 1 tsp
  • Cumin
  • Green Coriander
  • Water as required
  • Rock salt as per taste
Method
  • Mix buckwheat flour & any of the vegetables mentioned above.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Make a dough and make small chapattis.
  • Serve hot with Probiotic Curd.
