But, today’s generation is looking at fasting with a completely different viewpoint. Fasting can be beneficial in weight loss and can promote healthy eating. It is also referred to as a great way to detox the bodies from all the toxins that we consume and are surrounded by.

Buckwheat Chapati Recipe
- Buckwheat (kuttu) Flour -3 tsp
- Flaxseeds Powdered – 1 tsp
- Carrot/ Radish / Bottle Gourd / Peas – 1 tsp
- Green Coriander
- Water as required
- Rock salt as per taste
- Mix buckwheat flour & any of the vegetables mentioned above.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Make a dough and make small chapattis.
- Serve hot with Probiotic Curd.
