According to a lot of research, the benefits of fasting depend upon the type of fasting method one follows. Though, all of the methods have their own benefits. But, today’s generation is looking at fasting with a completely different viewpoint. Fasting can be beneficial in weight loss and can promote healthy eating. It is also referred to as a great way to detox the bodies from all the toxins that we consume and are surrounded by.
Detox has recently gained significant importance. Since we are surrounded by toxins all the time, it is essential to give our body a break from them and time to heal. Buckwheat Chapati Recipe
- Buckwheat (kuttu) Flour -3 tsp
- Flaxseeds Powdered – 1 tsp
- Carrot/ Radish / Bottle Gourd / Peas – 1 tsp
- Green Coriander
- Water as required
- Rock salt as per taste
- Mix buckwheat flour & any of the vegetables mentioned above.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Make a dough and make small chapattis.
- Serve hot with Probiotic Curd.
