Many of us choose to drink tea or coffee immediately following meals, which according to many experts is detrimental to our health. 

They contain phenolic chemicals that restrict the absorption of iron. As a result, they should only be ingested an hour after eating.

Take a short walk after eating 

After having dinner or any meal of the day wait for 20-30 minutes and take a stroll.

Simply take a 15 to 20-minute stroll around your neighbourhood.

Your entire body benefits from walking, which is great and the easiest exercise one can do.

Fruits are a big no after a meal
