Sand walking 

A fantastic way to stretch and strengthen the calf muscles and feet is to walk barefoot on the sand. Go to a beach, a desert, a  play area, or somewhere else where there is sand, take off your shoes and walk as far as you can. 

Try gradually increasing the distance. This will help you in relieving and training your calf muscles.

Shoulder rotate

The optimal position for shoulder rotation is straight, with your arms at your sides and your feet spaced shoulder-width apart. This can be done while seated as well. Your upper arms should form circular motions. 

Keep your breathing constant and your body calm. With each breath, expand the diameter of the circular motion until it no longer fits inside your range of motion. 

Repeat the procedure, but this time rotate your shoulders backwards.
