Buckwheat Chapati Recipe
Ingredients
- Buckwheat (kuttu) Flour -3 tsp
- Flaxseeds Powdered – 1 tsp
- Carrot/ Radish / Bottle Gourd / Peas – 1 tsp
- Cumin
- Green Coriander
- Water as required
- Rock salt as per taste
Method
- Mix buckwheat flour & any of the vegetables mentioned above.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Make a dough and make small chapattis.
- Serve hot with Probiotic Curd.
