Mushroom Detox Soup recipe - Healthians

 

Ingredients

  • Sliced Mushrooms – 250 gms
  • Chopped Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Chopped Onion – 1 Small size
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk/Plant Milk – 250 ml
  • Vegetable Stock – 250 ml
  • Ground Ginger – ½ tsp
  • Ground Black Pepper – ½ tsp
  • Parsley

 

Method

  • Put the veggies (mushrooms, garlic and onion), milk and vegetable stock in a large pot and bring to a boil. Then cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Blend the soup with an immersion or a regular blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients (ginger, black pepper and lemon juice), stir and bring to a boil.
  • Dress it with parsley. It is now ready to serve.
